1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RealCruits.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users registered as Jobseekers and Employers.


2. Description of Service

RealCruits is a technology platform that enables connections between real estate professionals and hiring companies.

Important: RealCruits is NOT an employment agency, headhunter, or staffing firm. We do not guarantee employment, hire on behalf of Employers, or broker contracts.


3. Account Registration & Security

  • Accuracy: You must provide true and current registration details.
  • Security: You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and must notify us of unauthorized access.
  • Eligibility: You must be 18 or older to use the service.

4. Employer Services & “Unlocks”


4.1. The Unlock Credit Model

Employers may browse anonymous candidate summaries for free. Full candidate data (name, CV, contact info, photo etc.) becomes visible only when an Employer purchases and consumes an Unlock credit.


4.2. Verification Disclaimer

  • Verified means a manual review of submitted profile data for obvious inconsistencies.
  • This is NOT a background check or validation of qualifications, legal status, or hiring suitability.
  • Employers are solely responsible for candidate vetting before hiring.

4.3. Payments & Credit Policy

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE

  • No Refunds: Purchased credits cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
  • Consumption Rule: An Unlock is considered consumed once candidate data is revealed, regardless of response or hiring outcome.
  • No Guarantee of Interest: We do not guarantee response, interest, interviews, or hiring outcomes from unlocked profiles.
  • No Expiry: Credits remain valid while the account is active.

5. Jobseeker Services

  • Anonymous-First: Your profile summary is visible without identity data.
  • Consent to Reveal & Contact: Employers who consume an Unlock may view your full profile and contact you.
  • No Guaranteed Outcomes: We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, or matches.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may NOT:

  • Create fake or misleading profiles or job posts
  • Scrape, copy, redistribute, resell, or extract platform data
  • Solicit users for competitor platforms
  • Send unsolicited spam or harass other users

Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.


7. Intellectual Property

All platform content (brand assets, text, design, software) is owned by RealCruits or its licensors and protected by copyright laws.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided As Is with no warranties.
  • We are not liable for hiring outcomes, employment disputes, payments, or business losses.
  • Total liability is capped at the amount paid in the 6 months before the claim.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are handled exclusively in the courts of Torremolinos/Málaga, Spain.
