RealCruits was founded by Peter Thomsen, a real estate agent and owner of Lopez & Thomsen Real Estate in Costa del Sol.
Over the years, Peter experienced how difficult it was for agencies to find qualified staff. Seeing the same struggle repeated across the industry, he decided to create a better way. A platform where professionals can easily connect with the right employers.
